Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of telehealth in healthcare administration.
  • Familiarize yourself with the technology used in telehealth.
  • Understand the requirements for setting up and maintaining telehealth infrastructure.
  • Understand patient confidentiality and privacy issues in a telehealth setting.
  • Develop effective communication skills for remote patient interactions.

Assessment methods Knowledge-based assessment and Simulation based assessment.
