Over the past five years, he has served the Australian tertiary education sector with dedication, leveraging his expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) and innovation policy to drive positive change.As the head of Heathovation, an HCI subsidiary that focuses on the latest technologies and collaborative tools in healthcare education design and delivery, Dr. Shisir is committed to using cutting-edge ICT technologies to improve the quality of healthcare services and tertiary education systems. He leads multi-disciplinary research on the design, development, delivery, execution, and evaluation of these innovative technologies, with a view to developing practical solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.Dr. Shisir is widely respected in his field, with a strong track record of delivering tangible outcomes through his research and academic work. His professional affiliations include membership in the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the Centre for ICT for Development in Nepal (ICT4D), and the Nepal Research and Education Network (NREN).
